Regular Hours of Operation
Monday - Thursday 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Standard Time, we are closed Friday thru Sunday.
All orders receive our instant attention, and orders received before 12:00 pm Pacific Time are normally shipped the same day. Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise instructed. UPS One, Two or Three day air freight is also available upon request.
Visa, Mastercard, Cashiers Check or Money Order are also honored.
All orders will be shipped C.O.D unless cash is received
with the order.
Overseas customers may use Credit Cards, or Direct Wire Transfer. A minimum 3 day hold is placed on all overseas credit card orders to allow for verification of cardholder information.
Jetinetics has no minimum order.

Returns: All returned goods must be accompanied by a
Jetinetics Return Authorization Number (RA #). Please contact
Jetinetics to obtain a number. A copy of the original sales invoice must
accompany the returned item and the return number must be prominently displayed
on the outside of your shipping package. All returns items must be suitable for
resale before credit will be applied.
